Unless the IP phone is powered on, you won’t be able to configure it or access the graphics user interface. In this post, I will show you how you can power on the IP phone so that you will be able to configure it and test your configuration. Here are steps to power on IP phone in packet tracer;
Step 1: Launch the Physical tab
Double tap on the IP phone to launch the physical tab as shown below;
Step 2: Power on the IP phone
After launching the physical tab, you can power on the phone by dragging the IP phone Power adapter and dropping at the power port.
